One of my favorite corporate events this year was an awards ceremony at the Constitution Center in Washington, DC. The company was going for a Cirque du Soleil-style theme and brought in an aerialist to open the event. Pretty cool, huh??!! Still searching for the [...] I mentioned a few days ago that I would be photographing the Say I Do! Wedding Expo for Distinctive Designs Bridal. AND…for any of you brides-to-be in the midst of your wedding planning, check out this website – DesignedBytheBride.com [...] In a beautifully designed, ocean-inspired wedding at the W Hotel, Chrissy & Jake were wed at last. Orange and blue colors weaved throughout the wedding details, which included glass goldfish bowls and a beautiful tiered wedding cake topped with two sweetly kissing goldfish. This month’s calendar wallpaper features the World War II Memorial, which is one of my favorite Washington, DC memorials, not only for my personal fine art photography work, but also for engagement photography sessions. [...] One fine, sunny day, two people named Amanda & Mike tied the knot in a very memorable D.C. wedding, featuring the Sofitel Hotel, U.S. Capitol, Union Station, and most beautiful of all, the National Museum of Women in the Arts. [...] The last two weeks have been somewhat of a whirlwind for me – engagement sessions, portrait sessions, a family reunion, corporate events for the National Portrait Gallery and Microsoft, featuring the former Brazilian president, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, new photography students and more!
