For those of you who are still searching for the perfect photographer, here’s some food for thought. In your quest for a photographer, this question should be your compass: How important are these photographs to you? Or rephrased another way: HOW IMPORTANT ARE THESE MEMORIES TO YOU? I still remember the tears of joy bubbling to her eyes as she told me about Paul and how they met and what they had planned for their big day. Because I’ve come to realize over my years as a photographer that the photographs I create aren’t simply “pictures.” Rather, they’re memories. Priceless memories. Last month, I designed and printed a storybook album for the Willards from their family reunion in Annapolis, Maryland. [...] Just 2 1/2 weeks ago, I drove up to Annapolis the Willard family’s annual reunion. With 7 individual families and 36 people across FOUR generations (!), the Willards are a pretty amazing and wonderful family!
